Support for the people your
business depends on.

Workshops, team programmes, and ongoing support for your leaders.

Robbie Thompson leading a health and performance workshop for a leadership team

For leadership teams

Practical sessions built on the same approach I use with individual clients.
Two themes:

The Day.

We look at the key areas that determine how people feel and perform: diet, exercise, sleep, downtime, and how they structure their time.

Everyone completes the Health & Performance Audit, the session starts from where they are. Building a plan towards where they want to be.

The Moment.

We explore how people typically respond under pressure. What stress and anxiety do to their thinking, communication, and ability to perform when it counts.

Practical tools to stay grounded and lead effectively when conditions are challenging.

Robbie Thompson delivering a session to a business team

Everyone. One at a time.

Everyone on the leadership team gets their own regular call with me, for an agreed period. Same programme for all. But each person works on what matters most to them.

Their health. The pressure they are under. The boundaries that have disappeared. What's going on at work, or at home.

The goal is to build momentum. One conversation is useful. Regular conversations create real change.

When a whole team does this at the same time, it changes what's normal. Health, wellbeing and looking out for each other become part of how the team operates.

Team Programmes.

Other Ways of Working One to One.

  • Ongoing Support for Senior Leaders.

For the people carrying the most

Some businesses commission ongoing support for their senior people. A regular, confidential space for the weight of leadership. The pressure, the decisions, the things they're not saying to anyone else.

The people carrying the most are often the least supported. A regular space to think clearly, offload honestly, and feel like themselves again. So they can keep going at the level they want to.

When leaders are properly supported, everything downstream benefits. Clearer communication. Calmer decisions. Better presence with their teams.

  • Support When Someone's Struggling.

    When someone valuable isn't themselves

They're capable and talented. But you can see they are under pressure. They’re showing up, but not quite like they used to. Stress, burnout, something outside of work is taking its toll.

Or you just want to support them, and you're not sure what would really help.

I work with them one to one, confidentially. Drawing on both therapy and coaching, depending on what they need. A safe space to reflect, offload, and work through what's going on. Sometimes that's practical. Sometimes it's deeper. Often it's both.

Some people need four to six focused sessions. Others choose to continue for longer.

It starts with a conversation.
