Health & Performance Coaching and Therapy

Doing well. Feeling well.
You don't have to choose.

My Beliefs.

Your physical health and your mental and emotional health aren’t separate. The way you feel affects what you do. What you do affects how you feel. And when the load underneath is heavy enough – the stress, the pressure, everything you're carrying – it shows up everywhere. Having somewhere to take it matters.

Looking after yourself isn't time stolen from work. It's what makes the work sustainable. The people who keep going at the level they want to, at work and at home, are usually the ones who stopped treating their own needs as an afterthought.

Talking about how you're doing doesn't have to be a crisis response. For the people I work with, it's how they start feeling like themselves again. And performing better because of it.

Two things keep high performing people well. Habits that can survive a demanding life, and someone to be honest with about how they're really doing. Without both, health tends to go in the opposite direction to everything else.

Not everyone needs a strict plan. And not everyone needs therapy.

But everyone needs to feel heard, understood, and supported.

With what's really going on for you – physically, mentally and emotionally.

When the plan works, brilliant. When it doesn't, there's usually more going on – the pressure you're carrying, the belief that your own needs can wait, the patterns that keep getting in the way. So that’s what we work on.

I trained in both. So you get whichever you need.

The Pillars of Health.

To feel and perform at your best, you need solid foundations: physically, mentally and emotionally.

We’ll build habits and routines in each of these areas, in ways that work for you.

  • Diet

Fuel your body and mind with an effective, flexible approach to eating. So you can look, feel and perform your best.

  • Exercise

Exercise in a way that fits your schedule, supports your energy, and gets you in the best shape of your life, without burning out.

  • Sleep

Prioritise sleep that restores you. With better habits, you’ll improve focus, reduce cravings and wake up feeling more refreshed.

  • Downtime

Learn how to properly switch off, so you can recharge fully, stop being ‘always-on’ and feel more energised and focused day to day.

  • Action

Build a clear, realistic routine that helps you show up and perform at your best, consistently and sustainably.

Supported by mental and emotional wellbeing.

  • Mental

Strengthen your focus, ability to think clearly and make decisions, and learn practical tools to manage stress, so you feel more calm and in control.

  • Emotional

Build resilience and self-awareness, understand your patterns and respond to life with more calmness and confidence, even under pressure.

When life is going well, these foundations are the springboard.
When it's challenging, they're the safety net.

What Changes.

The work pressure doesn't disappear. You just handle it more easily.
You think more clearly.
You've still got energy at 4pm.
You feel calmer.
You're actually looking after yourself.

And you've got something left at the end of the day.

These are patterns.
And patterns can change.
